If you’re looking to incorporate healthier meals in your every day diet, I highly recommend the Fooducate app. This app helps you steer away from overly processed foods by pointing out potentially harmful chemicals and processing that we so often overlook. You can barcode scan just about anything at the grocery store (or manually search for items in their large database) and it will flag foods that are high in saturated fats and high sodium as well as high fructose corn syrup. Great stuff!

When i found out Backstreet Boys were having a free concert for Good Morning America in Central Parks summerstage i was super excited to go relive my pre-teen years. It was so nostalgic. I had a blast and met some cool people. My childhood memory bank is officially complete!

I’m just grateful for it all. The good times, the bad times. The people whose loyalty has been infinite and even the people who inevitably faded into the background. I’ll forever cherish the connections i’ve shared with certain individuals, even if they’ve become nothing more than just distant memories now. They’re good memories. I’ll hold them in my heart forever. Even the sweet ones that turned sour. I don’t hold any grudges, and that feels awesome. People grow apart, and i’m okay with that.

I haven’t always made the best decisions, but I’ve always had the right intent. My heart is always in the right place and i count my blessings everyday.
